Revat Form Training


A form is a sequence of specific movements that help the practitioner to relieve daily stress and find inner peace, strength and comfort. The Revat form training helps develop key attributes such as balance, relaxation, coordination, proper breathing, flexibility and strength. Form training relaxes the body and mind.

The Revat form training warms up the muscles, energizes the body and builds on the foundational concepts of the Revat program.
